Which philosophers did not believe in god(s) or divine figure?

I'm writing a philosophy essay on "the nature of god". chose to argue the side that he doesn't exist due to materialism/self interest, science and ... . i need three philosophers to prove my thesis, however i can only think of two: Pascal and Nietzsche. anyone got any ideas?
