How long after a convction of a felony do you have to wait till you can petition to have your rights restored?

I was convited of a felony class six about 2 years ago in the state of arizona and I would like to know how long I have to legally wait till I'm able to go before a judge and petion the state of arizona have my rights that I lost upon said convction restored
