Hard to get or saying no?

Met this chick about 3 weeks ago in the nightclub. Danced and talked. She gave me her phone. Three days later i asked her via text for a date. We had some coffee and talked and had a good time. Since we've been text messaging. Shell reply and say will be in touch but says shes got some other thing to do and wont go on a second date. Hard to get or just not interested?
