Gay Toronto :) teens....?

So I am 17, and gay. And I find it impossible to find other gay teens in Toronto. Like how do I find other teens that are gay. I live 3 months of the year in Moscow, and its so much easier their to find gay people my age. Is their like organizations or anything or like facebook groups for gay teens in Toronto? Or what about gay teen nightclubs?
