A Problem With My iPod Touch?

Today I turned on my iPod Touch and the "Connect to iTunes" Logo on it. I tried to connect to it with my iTunes on my computer, but since I had a pass-code lock on my iPod it asked me to unlock it through my iPod. Well obviously I can't unlock it because it has the "Connect to iTunes" logo on it. I tried lots of options, like: Restoring, and connecting it to another computer and than trying to restore it again. Didn't work. I've ran out of options. Please, if you have any ways to somehow unlock my iPod, or restore it.
