Name of this song I heard at a nightclub last night?

So I was at a nightclub in Chicago last night and they were playing a song that I just can't figure out the name of,all I know is that the black guy at the beginning of the song "screams" "all my party people" or some like that but im totally not sure who was singing it,usher? akon? I tried searching for it online but nothing..... any ideas? btw it is very recent cause its just the second time i've ever heard it.
