Is this valid ID for nightclubs?

I am 18 and am going out in Aberdeen, i had to send my passport away for renewal and waiting on my provisional liscence. I have sent away for an ID card through the co-op which has a picture of me now and my date of birth on it and it also says it is PASS approved. Will this be accepted in nightclubs in town for ID?
