Can someone tell me how to sing with fry?

Hey there everyone I was just wondering if someone could possibly teach me/tell me/give me tips on how to sing with vocal fry? I've been singing for a while now and I'm trying to learn how to throw some screaming in there, the kind of screaming that Jared Leto does in Attack of The Kill, only with my own voice of course. I'm also trying to learn to sing a bit raspy if possible, kind of like Adam Pascal in Rent. So if you could help me with that it would be greatly appreciated thanks!
