Hi i have a problem with computer if anybody could help would be great?

hi i recently opened a bad email and when i removed it with spybot it took my accessories group start menu with it and all program files for media player and other stuff. i have spent hours trying to get software to restore it. back to it original state before virus. i have tryed system restore/ anti virus software/ retore software pandora/ windows xp repair pro trial verion/ acc restore/ if i go into control panel/ folders it has a big black tick on it is that right not sure. i dont know what to do next can someone help if you know anything i can try. help would be great please.

What did you think of Max Kellermans Face Off with Klitskco and Haye?

This one proved to be better than Bernard vs Pascal.It was intense and scary.Klitscko was very angry but didn't just show it .Haye talks well but a lot.I hope he can back it all up.Cause Its coming.For some reason he feels he will knock him out.But Idk.What do you think?

I deleted my photo folder by pressing CTRL + Z. Now I can't restore it? Help!!!?

I need the photos. It was already in my photo folder. Then I pressed CTRL + Z because I thought something must be undid. Then, the folder was gone. Help please!!! Asap!

My iPhone 4 isn't letting me do anything. everytime i try to press it it tells me i'm pressing somewhere else?

it just tells me im pressing somewhere else on the screen. so when i try to send a text message it just clicks all over the place and presses random stuff and it cant make any sense, i've tried restoring it i've tried restarting it. im getting no good out of it

If i already had an ipod will all my songs on itunes be erased?

okay, well i had the old ipod touch already(the one without the camera). and i just got the newer one. so while setting it up it asked me if i wanted to restore from the backup of my old ipod or set it up as a new ipod. i dont want all the stuff from my old ipod onto this one so i would set it up as a enw ipod but if i do this i wont be losing everything inn my itunes library right? please let me know bc i have over 1000 songs!
